Yes — the 50% early bird discount applies to your first month only. After that, the standard price of £79/month applies. There are no long-term contracts, so you can cancel before month two if you decide PlotRadar isn't right for you. No questions asked.
Yes, absolutely. Cancel any time from your account settings with no penalties and no notice period required. Your subscription simply runs until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops. We don't make cancellation difficult.
If you do one development project per year and PlotRadar helps you secure a better site — even £5,000 better — the subscription pays for itself roughly 5x over. The real question isn't whether £79/month is worth it. It's how much the sites you're currently missing are worth. One early-stage signal, properly acted on, can be the difference between buying at asking price and buying before there is an asking price.
We may adjust pricing as we add more coverage areas and features, but we will always give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. We'll never increase the price without warning and you'll always have the option to cancel before any increase applies to your account.
Simply cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. There are no penalties, no notice periods and no awkward cancellation flows.
